Frozen for Freshness
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor from our kitchen to your home. When your delivery arrives, simply place the meals in your freezer until you're ready to serve them.
Storage & Serving
Keep meals frozen until needed. Transfer each meal to the refrigerator approximately 24 hours before feeding to thaw safely. Once thawed, it's ready to serve.
Transition Guidance
Every dog adjusts to fresh food differently. Based on your dog's current diet, we'll include transition recommendations with your first order to help make the switch gradual, comfortable, and successful.
